i2Office takes circa 11,000 sq. ft. at 33 Cavendish Square: 08th February 2016

Growing flexible office provider i2Office has agreed to lease circa 11,000 sq. ft. of Grade A space at Lancer Property Asset Management's 33 Cavendish Square in London's West End.

The company has taken the whole of the 13th floor of the Marylebone office tower, which has the capacity to accommodate up to 160 workstations.  

33 Cavendish Square will mark i2Office's 17th business centre in their growing London portfolio of more than 700,000 sq. ft. of accommodation. The announcement closely follows the opening of i2Office's 22 St James's Square centre in November 2015.

i2Office operates a portfolio of 30 business centres in prime city centre locations throughout the UK, offering high quality office accommodation to suit all occupier requirements, and a hugely flexible alternative to the traditional long term lease.  The company also operates a rapidly growing meeting room business and provides virtual office and business lounge solutions.

33 Cavendish Square is a landmark 19-storey West End office tower facing one of London's premier Georgian Squares and is within close proximity to Marylebone, Mayfair and Oxford Street. 

i2Office's 13th floor location will form the highest appointed flexible office suite in the West End, offering stunning, unobstructed views across the capital. 

i2Office will launch the new centre in Spring 2016.
