Our Greenwich Peninsula serviced offices are just a stone's throw from London’s O2 Arena and sit adjacent to North Greenwich station. Perfectly located, and benefitting from a BREEAM excellent "green” rating, it’s not just our spacious offices that attract businesses to the Greenwich Peninsula.

As well as panoramic views of the Thames river, and the skyscrapers of Canary Wharf, the Greenwich Peninsula is full of activities to do on your lunch hour, so join us for our latest installment of lunchtime walks:

Emirates Aviation Experience

Lunchtime flight anyone? Now you can take to the skies (figuratively), pilot an A380 or B777 without leaving London and be back in time for an afternoon meeting thanks to the Emirates Aviation Experience. According to their website, The Emirates Aviation Experience is “the first of its kind globally” and it’s right by the office on the Greenwich Peninsula.

You can visit the Emirates Aviation Experience from 10 am to 6 pm during winter months, and 10 am to 7 pm, during summer. Amongst other activities, you can see the inner workings of a real Rolls-Royce Trent 900 engine and experience what happens ‘behind-the-scenes’ on the aircraft during a long-haul flight. There’s even an on-site cafe to grab a bite to eat whilst you’re there.

Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park

On Greenwich Peninsula, it’s not just our serviced offices that are green. The Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park, a 4.5-acre plot on the bank of the Thames, was first opened in 2002 and today offers visitors the chance to experience a plethora of diverse habitats and wild animals.

This short walk from the office allows you to enjoy stunning views and peaceful setting right in the heart of London. Apart from maintaining a green space the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park also provides educational services and acts as a place to run community projects. The park is open from Wednesday to Sunday from 10 am – 5 pm and is definitely worth a lunchtime detour.

Meantime Brewery

No trip to Greenwich is complete without sampling Meantime, the area’s local brewery. Although we don’t encourage boozy lunches if you’ve got deadlines to meet at work, Meantime Tasting Rooms make for a perfect excursion on an afternoon off or even a staff day out.

The brewery offers tours and has an onsite shop, but the tasting rooms are worth a visit in and of themselves. Here you’ll taste one of the capital's favourite beers straight from the source. The Tasting Rooms even have fresh tanks installed – so the beer will go directly from the maturation tank to your pint glass. You can wash all this down with food that has been designed specifically to compliment the beer.

If a trip to Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park isn’t enough to satisfy your green fingers, a short stroll to Farmopolis, a floating oasis of flowers based at the end of a jetty on the Thames, will definitely do the trick.

This community garden, urban farm, and restaurant offers the perfect opportunity to escape the hustle and the bustle of a busy day at the office. Farmopolis opened in the summer of 2016 and is the brainchild of the guys behind Wilderness Festival, so throughout the summer months, you can expect plenty of events and exciting activities to dive into after work.
